EXECUTIVE OVERVIEW
This course provides a basic level of understanding of the ISO 9001 intent and requirements, as well as how the requirements can be met. Each participant will have the opportunity to be involved in exercises such as: SWOT Analysis, Seven Quality Management Principles, Defining the Organizations Context, Defining Interested Parties and their requirements, Systems Mapping (process approach). All activities will include industry-specific examples and terminology.
ISO 9001:2015 COMPLIANCE
This course provides a basic level of overview of the new ISO 9001:2015 requirements and transition objectives in order to meet the new Standard. Each participant will have the opportunity to be involved in exercises such as: Project Plans, Seven Quality Management Principles, Defining the Organizations Context, Defining Interested Parties and their requirements, Process Approach: Systems Mapping, etc. All activities will include industry-specific examples and terminology.
DOCUMENTATION AND IMPLEMENTATION
This course provides methods to document and implement a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001 requirements. The course is design for those participants that are responsible in the design, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System. Each participant will have the opportunity to develop a QMS through the use of QMS implementation and documentation tools such as: Project Plans, Communication Plans, SWOT Analysis, Seven Quality Management Principles, Defining the Organizations Context, Defining Interested Parties and their requirements, Process Approach: Systems Mapping, Process Concept Diagram (Turtle), Process Mapping, etc. All activities will include industry-specific examples and terminology.
INTERNAL AUDITING
This course provides methods to document and implement a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001 requirements. The course is designed for those participants that are new to internal auditing, are currently performing internal audits or process owners / personnel responsible for managing the QMS audit process.
Each participant will have the opportunity to develop a QMS audit process through the use of QMS auditing tools such as: SWOT Analysis, Seven Quality Management Principles, Defining the Organizations Context, Defining Interested Parties and their requirements, Systems Mapping, Process Concept Diagram (Turtle), Process Mapping, Understanding the ISO 9001 Standard, Audit Planning, Mock Auditing, Audit Reporting, etc. All activities will include industry-specific examples and terminology.

HACCP AND ISO 22000: 2018 (FSMS)
ISO 22000 is a well-known food safety standard that is also internationally recognized. It serves as one of the three components of the FSSC 22000 Food Safety Certification Scheme. It means that without complying with ISO 22000 one cannot acquire industry-specific FSSC 22000 certification.
